Hi, I’m Martha. I’m a Liberal Arts student at the University of Bristol, majoring in English Literature, and I’ve loved cooking for as long as I can remember.
This cookbook is my scrapbook: bakes, breakfasts, meals, latte art and everyday food moments, plus a little food writing. Away from the kitchen I’m fascinated by how people’s tastes and food trends turn into dishes, products and experiences, whether that’s a menu special, a brand partnership or a well-poured flat white.
